Cancel or manage billing

You can cancel any time. No fee, no phone call needed. You can also update your card or download receipts here.

What happens when you cancel

  1. Billing stops. You won't be charged again.
  2. Your site stays up through the end of the month you already paid for.
  3. Then you choose: keep the website for a one-time $500 and I hand it over to you, or let it go and I take it offline.
  4. Made 6 or more monthly payments? The website is yours free. I'll hand it over at no charge.
  5. Your domain is always yours. I'll help you point it wherever you want.
Cancel or manage billing

Opens the secure billing page (run by Stripe). Enter the email you signed up with, and Stripe sends you a sign-in link. Then tap "Cancel subscription."

Rather just tell me?

Email etbidnez@gmail.com with your business name and I'll cancel it for you. If you'd like to keep the site, say so in the same email.

If something isn't working for you, I'd love a chance to fix it first, but it's your call either way.
